Our History
For over 25 years, Joseph’s Trattoria has been a family-owned and operated destination for authentic, Tuscan-inspired cuisine. With more than 40 years of experience in the food industry, the Faro family brings a deep passion for quality and tradition to every dish.
Before opening Joseph’s, the family owned several bakeries and a pasta company, honing their craft and perfecting recipes that celebrate the flavors of Italy.
At Joseph’s, we take pride in creating homemade, thoughtfully prepared dishes using the freshest ingredients. Our menu showcases the best of Italian cuisine—from handcrafted pastas and savory entrées, like our famous Terra e Mare, to rustic Tuscan specialties like the Costantini Brasati, all served in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Our new downtown location features two spacious dining rooms and two full bars, offering the perfect setting for everything from intimate dinners to lively gatherings. With exceptional food, attentive service, and a welcoming environment, we strive to make every visit memorable and keep our guests coming back for more.
